Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bean Republic. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver products purchased through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship orders only within the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU).

  • Orders placed outside of these regions will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled and refunded.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK and EU public holidays). The customised orders will require a longer processing time, around 5 business days.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • All fees are inclusive of applicable UK VAT.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)

  • For deliveries to EU countries, additional customs duties, VAT, and/or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays or costs caused by customs clearance processes.


Delays & Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

    • Customs clearance procedures.

    • Courier delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, weather conditions, or other force majeure events).


Risk of Loss

  • All products purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


Order Tracking

  • Where available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.


Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect), the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds will exclude the original shipping fee.
